Gutter Installer

A&B Exteriors, a growing company based in Sandwich, IL, is seeking a dependable Gutter Installer to install seamless gutter systems and related exterior products. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal applicant is reliable, customer-focused, possesses a valid driver’s license, and can report to our Sandwich location by 7:00 AM each morning, where crews depart in company vehicles to job sites. As a company committed to excellence in our industry, all new employees complete a two-week trial period working closely with a foreman to ensure our quality standards are met. Pay is based on experience. Candidates must pass a physical and drug test.

Responsibilities:
Install seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter protection systems
Load and unload materials and equipment
Operate hand tools and power tools safely
Measure and cut materials accurately
Maintain a clean and professional job site
Work efficiently as part of a crew

Requirements:
Construction or exterior remodeling experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
Valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Siding Installer

Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Install soffit, fascia, trim, and exterior accessories
Install windows and trim
Read measurements and follow project specifications
Operate ladders, scaffolding, and basic power tools safely
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Requirements:
Construction experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Comfortable working at heights
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Runner / Materials Handler

Runner / Material Handler

A&B Exteriors, a growing company based in Sandwich, IL, is seeking a reliable and hard-working Runner to support our crews and keep jobs running smoothly. This role is all about staying organized, moving materials efficiently, and being someone the team can count on every day.The ideal applicant is reliable, customer-focused, possesses a valid driver’s license, and can report to our Sandwich location by 7:00 AM each morning, where crews depart in company vehicles to job sites. As a company committed to excellence in our industry, all new employees complete a two-week trial period working closely with a foreman to ensure our quality standards are met. Pay is based on experience. Candidates must pass a physical and drug test.

Responsibilities:
Drive company pickup truck to job sites, suppliers, and vendors
Pick up and deliver materials (shingles, siding, windows, doors, plywood, etc.)
Hand load and unload materials safely and efficiently
Communicate with supply houses to ensure orders are accurate and ready
Speak with city officials to pull permits and handle basic paperwork
Keep job sites stocked with the materials crews need
Organize and store materials in the warehouse
Assist with returning unused materials to suppliers
Help maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and warehouse

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs consistently
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication and customer service skills
Comfortable talking with vendors, customers, and city officials
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Construction experience is a plus but not required
